Immersion and Insight Phase
In this phase, we take an in-depth dive into your firm's operations to gain a comprehensive understanding of how things work and why. This includes reviewing key financial documents like the Income Statement and specific ledgers, as well as analyzing service contracts and operational workflows.
A key component of this phase is workflow mapping—identifying and documenting the flow of tasks, responsibilities, and decision-making processes across departments. This visual representation of your current workflows highlights bottlenecks, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement. We also spend time interviewing and directly observing key staff members as they work, engaging them to understand their processes, challenges, and decision-making behaviors.
Additionally, we identify influential team members, or change advocates, who can help facilitate improvements and build internal support for future strategies. Through interviews, hands-on observation, and workflow mapping, we uncover nuances and opportunities for optimization. This phase concludes with a detailed report to leadership, highlighting key findings and presenting actionable, sustainable practices tailored to your unique needs.
